Hardware EEZ is a technology-enabled marketplace operated by Aagamam Life Spaces LLP (“Hardware EEZ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Hardware EEZ helps customers discover and order hardware, electrical, plumbing, tools, construction and home-improvement products from participating local stores, subject to product availability, serviceability and applicable terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal information when you use the Hardware EEZ mobile application, website, services and related communications (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Vendor or business information where you register as a store/vendor, including store name, owner/contact details, business information, GST and KYC information where applicable, bank/settlement information, product catalogue and inventory information.
  • Information you submit through forms on our website, including the vendor callback form.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers and diagnostic information.
  • Usage information such as pages/screens viewed, features used, search activity, interaction with the Services, and approximate location information where enabled or permitted.
  • Log and security information used to maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues and protect our systems.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • To create and manage customer, vendor or other user accounts.
  • To provide, operate and improve the Hardware EEZ Services.

Hardware EEZ may use location information to help identify nearby stores, determine serviceability, support delivery and provide location-relevant features. Depending on the device and permissions you provide, location information may be obtained from your device or from information you enter, such as an address or pincode.

You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Some location-based features may not work correctly if location access is disabled or inaccurate.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Hardware EEZ may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, transaction reference, payment method type and refund status. We do not intend to store complete payment card details such as full card numbers or card security codes on our systems unless expressly stated in the applicable payment-provider terms.
